Serei is a new flexible coworking space designed to promote interaction and community building among its members.

The 1400 sqm office space is designed for both businesses and individuals seeking to rent desks within a collaborative environment. The palette looks to create a bold identity and an energising atmosphere, achieved through strategically selected colours and materials.

The design features multiple social areas including a pantry, lounge, and breakout spaces that encourage networking, and collaborative work among members. The lounge area in Serei is designed for flexibility, with movable benches that can be arranged into bleachers or tables. This reconfigurable space allows for a variety of events and activities, from casual meetings to larger gatherings, adapting to the diverse needs of the members.

Serei is a comprehensive coworking solution, offering 14 private office units that provide dedicated spaces for businesses, along with hot desking zones for individuals who prefer flexible workspaces. Additionally, the space features three meeting rooms and a conference space, ensuring that all members' needs are met.
